One of the trendy skyscrapers redefining the skyline at Singapore’s downtown financial hub of Marina Bay, Asia Square Tower 1 has certainly lived up to its name as a trailblazer in every sense of the word. Besides entering the prestigious league of Green Mark Platinum Award winners as accredited by BCA in 2008, it is also one of the first buildings in Singapore to be awarded the LEED-CS (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Core & Shell) platinum pre-certification by the United States Green Building Council. And with Rigel’s resource-efficient restroom systems helping our client achieve estimated annual energy and water savings of 5,840,460KWh and 40,982m3 respectively, we are certainly proud to have played our part in making this towering landmark one of the greenest buildings in Asia.
