As the largest suburban shopping mall in north-eastern Singapore, nex naturally needs to maintain sustainability in all aspects of its operations to cater to incessant streams of shopping and dining crowds. This is where Rigel’s seamless restroom technology, which optimises water and energy usage, can fit the exacting demands of building management to a T. Coupled with other water-efficient features, such as smart irrigation systems utilising rain sensors, irrigation valves and thick-walled dripper line, nex has managed to achieve the BCA Green Mark Gold Award in 2010, proving yet again Rigel’s success in ushering in the next phase of sustainable restroom management for mega malls.
