Rigel has achieved ISO 9001 certification since 1998. It was upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 in 2002. Rigel's products are accredited with international quality standards which comprise PSB, BS IQNET, DUTCH COUNCIL, SIRIM Malaysia, Hong Kong Water Standard. Rigel Technology is renowned for its state of the art sensor flushing systems, growing in line with the increasing need of intelligent buildings. Rigel is the first in its field to be certified by BCA Singapore with L5 certificate which is eligible to tender up to S$10 million contract. It has achieved PSB Product Listing Scheme Class 1A, a premium quality testing standard to provide sanitary wares for government projects. Rigel has also achieved Top 500 SME award in 2000/2001. Rigel owns about 10 proprietary patents and designs which are registered with the international bodies worldwide. These patents are related to intelligent sensor technology, water conservation technology and flush valve technology.
