On 26 April 2013, Rigel participated in BCA's Universal Design Exhibition at Marina Square, an event which focused on designing facilities to be inclusive of all members of society, including the young, elderly and those with limited mobility.

The goal was to encourage the design and implementation of these facilities in everyday locations, so that these individuals could enjoy living in familiar surroundings with family and friends. On display were many of Rigel's products for residential bathrooms and restrooms in commercial properties. Beyond just grab bars for support, these included lever-handled taps and mixers, child seats for WCs and dual-height urinals and sinks, ensuring usability for everyone.
